Legislative restrictions in the formation of the tourism industry

The article exemines the ways of ecotourism development without having a negative impact on the natural landscape of nature reserves. One of the most fundamental problems of economic development is the satisfaction of the needs of its people with the rational use of available resources. Tourist activities are allowed in national parks, law enforcement facilities, and kindergartens, and practical work has been carried out and efficiency has been achieved. Most of the specially protected natural territories of Uzbekistan are state reserves. But the development of ecotourism in these reserves is strictly prohibited. And this does not allow the maximum use of available resources on the territory of the country, as the law prohibits.

The article examines exceptional cases of application of laws and regulations to the organization of tourist activities, suggests ways to organize ecotourism without causing harm to nature in certain areas of state reserves and without violating the law.

The results of an experiment used in the country, which organized ecotourism in nature reserves and achieved positive indicators of nature conservation and generating a large income from this type of activity, are analyzed.

In the article, it was proposed to enact laws for environmental export in nature reserves and divide territories into conditional zones, without harming the nature of routes for tourists.

In this article, the improvement of the methodology of training future translators in the higher education system,
the development of didactic and methodical training of students based on advanced foreign experiences, the
creation of electronic information educational resources, the improvement of the educational process based on
creative models, modern Issues and studies such as the development of the use of information and communication
technologies are considered and represented by experiences and strategies. Today, every future student translator
is trained on the basis of a curriculum formed on the basis of pedagogical and communicative competenc e in
educational programs, and the main task of today is to prepare them as scientists of many fields who can educate
the next generation. Especially in the training of translators, Interdisciplinarity and a high level of vocabulary are
the roots of this field. In this article, aspects related to these directions are considered.
